* All the final prices need to add NY Tax.
* All the prices listed above are based on a minimum of 12 people. For smaller groups, the rate is different. Please consult to Julie Chef.

* It excludes all the beverage.
* Delivery service: $100 anywhere in Manhattan. Prices outside Manhattan can vary.
* It excludes the staff's service. Depending on the number of guests, the extra professional staff is added to the event. The charge is: $100/hour per chef, $75/hour per sous chef, and $45/ hour per waiter. Holidays service parties are 30% higher. It’s based on 5 hours minimum of work.

Weekly work
Half a day, up to 4 hours: $350. Full day, up to 8 hours: $550, plus the cost of ingredients.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
To secure a date on your chef's calendar, 100% of the service fee is payable in advance. No exceptions.
Staff and minimum of 18% of gratuity can be paid the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS:

Due of the high volume of clients, and because the date we have reserved for you has required other clients to accept another cooking date, or enter a waiting list, a non refundable cancellation fee of 50% is charged if the client cancels earlier or 2 weeks prior the event. If the cancellation is within 2 weeks before the scheduled cooking date., cancellation fees equal the total 75% of the agreed upon service price. 2 days cancellation, prior the event, equals a 100% non refundable fee.

You are responsible for maintaining the contents of your own person. GourmeT will not be responsible for cooking accidents, broken lost or stolen property while working at a client site. You agree to accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your employment with GourmeT. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible for employment, and we ask that children not submit any personal information to us.
